At Bloomr-Saudi, we strive for perfection in every arrangement; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please note that custom floral arrangements and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original Bloomr packaging, ensuring that all artificial florals and vases are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location in Saudi Arabia.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
